adaptation to meet Network Service Provider market needs. The Business
Unit grew from under $10M in revenue to over $260M in 3 years and rapid
expansion into CALA and Asian markets. ·

Hospital Discharge Solution won the Medical Industry’s CHIMES (2008)

Initiated integration of the
Periphonics Interactive Telecom solution into the Nortel portfolio.
This integration with AIN/IN Networks and 3G/2G applications resulted in a
seamless delivery of network applications expanding both our divisional
revenues and substantial penetration into global markets. The same
solutions integrated with commercial centralized data base for lookup and
authentication delivered significant financial (e.g. BoA) and government
(e.g. Social Security) long term contracts. ·
Executed the expansion of NIKSUN
solutions to meet the commercial enterprise
and wireless (4G) network monitoring and reporting. This segment is delivered
over 60% of 2014 revenue and the pipe line could rival the achievements in
Periphonics. Global
Business Development Successes ·
After successfully participating
in the rapid expansion of Periphonics into new markets, I successfully lead
Nortel’s Business Development teams into Asia Pac Region. We closed
Bharti/Airtel account in India, a $40M, 5 year hosted services deal to
provide the interactive and automated solutions needed for a business
supporting a 700 million customer base and supporting 6 distinct languages.
This was the largest among 20 other major accounts closed. Training
& Staff Development. ·
To improve the deal closures
ratios, lead the creation and staffed NIKSUN University and its curriculum
development for training new and existing field staff (Systems Engineers and
Sales) along with a certification program. The first year business closures
inproved by 15% approximately. These resources are also being expanded to

Securing and managing 4G network,
enterprise Cloud deployment performance in both platform and virtualized
deployments leveraging SDN (Software Defined Networks) for major US

Driving the business economics for
